Sapphire Sentinel by Veronese is a dramatic and finely detailed dragon figurine from the Dragon Roost range, designed by celebrated fantasy sculptor Andrew Bill. Cast in solid resin for a stone statue look and feel, the piece features a sapphire-hued dragon defensively poised on a jagged mountain top. A sculpted dragon fossil embedded at the rear of the base adds a unique, narrative element to the scene.

The dragon is captured in mid-roar, with its wings partly unfurled and tail curled protectively around the rocks. Hand-painted in shimmering shades of blue and icy white, the texture of the scales and the dynamic flow of the composition are rendered with exceptional skill.

Andrew Bill, based in Staffordshire, has been a professional sculptor and artist for over 30 years. His work has appeared with prestigious companies such as Coalport China, Royal Doulton, and Wedgewood Country Artists. He is also the author of the Enchantica novels. Now producing a high-quality fantasy range for Nemesis Now collectables, his creations continue to capture the imagination of collectors worldwide.

This striking figurine stands approximately 26 cm (10 ¼ inches) tall and comes packaged in an attractive collectable box.
